Have been using Dr Ansara since he purchased the practice close to 8 years ago. He is extremely competent and has assisted us in keeping our pets healthy.. you will need to bring your puppy in for a consultation.
They are the best and reasonable. They also give you time without ever feeling rushed. Been our vet since we moved here 5years ago

Yes I would recommend them for surgery. Quality is going to be excellent but I have no idea about price. You'd have to bring your dog in for a consultation. You could also purchase pet insurance which might lower the price of surgery significantly.
