My Kitten (Angel) got Spayed (not at Banfield) 4 days ago. well TODAY she bit her stomach open and pulled her insides out. we RUSHED her to Banfield. The Dr was JUST leaving, but stayed to help my poor kitten, also the front desk staff exceptional! I have never used Banfield before but from today on they have a dedicated customer. I have no clue what we (my daughter and I) would have done without them today. IF I could give them 100 stars I would!

Wow I was at the publix next door and some guy abandoned a dog in front of banfield . The staff was notified and they just let a sick looking dog cook in the sun in front of their store . These people should not deal with animals. It’s disgusting how they dealt with it . If money was involved maybe they would give it water or help . Sad excuse for a animal hospital….

Terrible service, they are thieves. High prices and horrible service. cheaper but if you want to buy them elsewhere they make 102839 excuses for not giving you the authorization. If you have love for your pets, please do not bring them to this place. Terrible service, terrible prices and terrible everything in general. If I could give 0 stars I would.
