There are no public buggy tours unless it is a pre setup group for schools/master gardeners, ect. The buggies are mostly used for work in the preserve which is to muddy or wet to reach with standard vehicles.
We've hiked there probably 4 times, and this is the first time I've heard anything about a buggy ride. Never seen one there, myself. There's no info about it on their website, although it is briefly mentioned on other web pages. It definitely looks to *not* be a daily thing. I would call them, here's their number. (407) 935-0002 We even spoke to one of the park attendants at length the first time we visited and buggy rides were never mentioned.
