Hello Chris! We do not have kayak rentals at the Three Sisters Springs refuge due to the fact that there is no water access by land. There is a listing of all outfitters in the area at www.discovercrystalriverfl.com From the public kayak launches it can vary anywhere from a 25-35 minute paddle until you reach the Three Sisters Springs.

They have a trolley that departs from town hall and makes stops at Three Sisters viewing center , Kayak rentals not that im aware of but plenty of kayak rentals right down the street from the springs.
