I don't exactly know but you can visit the office right there on the site. Once you enter the gate continue straight all the way down that street it will take you directly to the office. All I know is that the lot rent is $550. But don't know what that includes. I'm pretty sure they will be very glad to answer all your questions at the office. The people there are very nice. Hope you find what you need
