Great food, but why not answer the phone for orders? I've experienced ordering the food and told 45 minutes wait. Wait 45 minutes and then sit in the dining room for another 45 minutes. So much potential but customer service is horrible.

I agree....went there in person to order and pick up later in the day and they wouldn't do it. We were spending around $100. The woman at the register was pretty rude about it too. Won't be going back. Smokey Bones was delicious!

Same here, when calling Kinfolk goes to voicemail and with message, that voicemail is fulled, But they have great food!!
