Dr Niaki is so thorough and understanding. He is gentle, extremely knowledgeable and I would trust him with my life. I cannot say the same of many Doctors that I have came across during my life. Although he is pain management specialist he is tops in his field. He is not affiliated with Morton Hospital. That alone is a bonus. His Medical Receptionist Courtney is a sweetheart.

I have been seeing Dr Niaki for many years. He takes care of my severe arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraines through the use of medication and injections. He is the most intelligent doctor I know. I feel for the other person who said they had problems with the office staff as I also have had problems with them. They rarely answer the phone or return calls, but Dr Niaki is too nice to let them go.

Dr. Niaki is a kind caring professional Dr. He takes his time and really listens to your problems. Diagnosis is always spot on. The only down fall is with some of his office staff. He now has three girls. I cringe every time I call and Vanessa answers the phone always rude and puts me on hold and forgets about the call!!! When your in the office the looks and attitude you get from her!!!! She is so nonprofessional! She actually thinks she is the owner! Don’t get on her bad side she will cry to the dr and next thing u know is ur being referred back to ur PCP!!!!!!!!The new girl Brittany Is still learning and a little nervous however she is kind and listens she is still learning fingers crossed the Dr sees her capabilities. Ann is so kind and professional she also takes the time to listen and loves to help all patients. She does her job with really professionalism!!! She will go out of her way to help you with questions you may have about insurance or anything else that needs to be addressed. All in all this clinic is great except for the one rotten apple. If you do decide to seek Dr Niaki for your pain do yourself a favor and avoid Vanessa or don’t cross her path. Thank you for all Dr Niaki Ann and Brittany keep up your wonderful work
