Day passes are available for purchase during staffed hours (varies by day). Shirts are required, however, shirt requirement does not apply to 3% body fat IFBB Pro Body Builders or anyone the gym owner shows favor to (I.E. Chris Bumstead - as shown in one of his YouTube videos).
