No it wasn't a money order it's one of there pre paid cards. First they tell me one thing then the next day something totally different. There poorly trained and have no idea when it comes to there own pre paid cards it's ridiculous. Once it's resolved it's been 4 days now I will never go back they suck big time
Was it for a money order? That's a timely process if it's lost. Works that way with any money order, btw. Very frustrating, but it's everywhere.
