No, to my knowledge no dispensaries in the state of Florida do.
There are states that do. Nevada is 1 and in Vegas you can smoke in public. Florida won't except any other state card. There are other states that do. Just goggle it. I can tell you Vegas is rocken it. Smoke anytime any where.

No, as stated below. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to accept out of state medical cards. You can always call any dispensary and ask though. Good luck! 🙏 *edited* Some may have a way to get a temporary card for vacation purposes..🤔 not positive on that.
