Why would I consider paying a fee for an on line ticket purchase if I cannot reserve seating? Not long ago this was a service you offered. Please consider a re-initiation.

Valid question. I think the online service/payment processor determines the fee because that is how they are paid. Address it directly with theater leadership. If they get enough pressure they may change vendors

The same fee will be charge to the merchant if the swap the card in store/person

We get there early and have never had a problem getting good seats. The recliners and trays are so nice!
