Do not go to any Sun properties if you are only staying a few months. Sun is trying to get everyone to go year round. We made reservations last February and put a $200.00 deposit down to reserve from December 22nd to April 1st. We get a call on 9-6 that someone wanted to go permanent on our lot we had reserved and they had no room at park we stayed at for last 5 years. They could put us up at park next door, however, we still have no real guarantee. We loved the people there and hate leaving the people. Health issues do not allow us to go year round due to Doctors in Indiana. I strongly urge anyone staying short term to seek accommodations elsewhere

My family and I stayed here for a month in January 2022. We travel full-time. First off, let me tell you that this park is a gem. It is our favorite park in Florida so far. The park was quiet most nights aside from the traffic from the highway. This did not stop me from getting a good night of rest even though I suffer from insomnia. Our site was mostly level with a concrete pad on the living side of the RV. The residents were extremely friendly and welcoming. The front office staff was helpful and friendly. We've had mail delivered to our site and to the mailroom with zero problems. The weather was great and only got below 32 twice while we stayed there. This park felt safe and secure. Our kids loved playing here, riding their scooters and taking walks to the boat docks. We didn't use the pool but it was visually clean. There was plenty of shade and the squirrels were amusing to watch. The park was very clean and residents kept their pets on a leash and picked up after them. The only real cons for us was that we had to purchase a third sewer hose to reach the sewer, the laundry was coin operated and you can only stay for 30 days with kids. Other than that, we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!
