Yea sad,lost 1000.00 due to the company's fault.kanes should back,but I learned my lesson and I will tell everyone can,I drive people all day
I even told them if the gave me the part i would install it. Their furniture is made of thin, cheap metal. They must rely on first time customer's to stay in business.
I'm very sorry to hear this. Kane's has always had outstanding customer service and willing to do anything to make things right. We even had one of the sales people deliver a chair to our house personally in his own vehicle. Sorry to hear you're going through this.
