We had very bad service at Bob Evens plus cold food I did a Survey same day as service the store manager called me within the hour after the survey was done and apologize...He also told me that I would receive a $30.00 gift card NEVER RECEIVED IT

Give it time.

That's very sad. I only had amazing experience there. Everybody very polite and the service super great. We have two where I live, north and south, love both but my favorite is the one at north.

It can sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks for a Gift Card to make its way through their "corporate" red tape! Been there, done that....

I've never had a problem with Bob Evans here but my wife and I ate at the one in West Virginia the food the service all sucked I complain to the manager and she give us a whole meal everything included for free.

food has always been good. Service is poor from what it used to be too much foolishness among servers instead of waiting on cstumers. Personally I would have to let them go and hire someone that really wants to work. Need manager on all time.
