If I wanted to do a small birthday party for a child there do I have to make reservations? Is there a fee? Any info would be helpful thanks in advance!

Don't know when you are planning that day. Be aware the are closing park for renovations soon. Might want to Google it to find out when.

As far as i know it is public. It also has a small stationary bbq grill and one bench/ seating arrangement next to it. I would recommend to drive round and check it out beforehand. :)

There are no fees at Ponce, there are not too many tables. My guess is it is first come. There is a donation at the pelican preserve.
