If you are in a wheelchair you are very limited. I wouldn't say there are any good seats for individuals in wheelchairs. The theater is beautiful but old, so never designed with accessibility in mind.
I personally like orchestra but some people like being in the center
Probably mezzanine (any seat) or balcony (closest to the railing).
Probably a seat in the mezzanine with a letter near the beginning of the alphabet.
