I got a flat from some broken glass while riding downtown and I knew Devil's Gear was nearby so I stopped in to get some help. They offered to either repair my tire for me for $15 or let me do it myself for free. Wanting to try do change my tire on my own, I was able to use their equipment and tools to install a new tube in my tire and get going again. Very appreciative that this bike shop did not pressure me to spend any money and provided a welcoming environment to help out a cyclist. Because of my experience here I now feel more confident to change a tire in the future.
