I can't honestly remember if I've seen any dogs in the swimming area. But, Ginnie Springs is completely dog friendly, even for swimming. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive for a day at the springs, unless you only have a couple of people.
The park is dog friendly all the way up to the springs....there is plenty of space to walk and be with your dog, but if your intention is to go swimming, then no.
The spring at Poe Springs is closed until further notice due to hurricane flooding and damage.
They have a dog area & camping areas. Their is a Military group that keeps it clean & well maintained. There is an amazing pavilion for large groups with a beautiful stone fireplace. Blue Springs is right down the road and is my 1st Choice for Pristine with swimming & kayaking in the Springs. Was privately owned but recently sold to state of Florida Land Trust. So now is a National Park.
I don't believe so
