Use preservative free eye drops post surgery!
Have you had it che cked with your regular eye doctor. To see how long it takes for your eyes to go dry after he/she puts eye drops in? I had the Lasik surgery done plus something that's for people with real dry eyes. With normal people. It takes 10-15 seconds after eye drops are put in. Mine takes two to three seconds to dry. So they do have a permanent way called silicone punctum plugs. I'm not sure how much it costs considering with having it with surgery. Definitely contact them. I had to have the silicone one put in instead of the short term.
