Most of these supermarkets are managed by Dominican people for what I see. And Yes we need more people that speak English also!
Because this is Harlem, a mostly Black and Latino community. It only makes sense that the employees would be from the community as well.
Jobs like that are cliquish in nature and people that know each other get each other jobs it's not a n issue
