If its a easy bulb replacement maybe yes. Newer model cars are more inticate, probably a no. They are not a repair shop but a auto parts store. They are extremely helpful, im sure if you asked it cant hurt they will assist as much as they can as long as it is not a busy busy weekend or alot of customers waiting etc. Give them a call.
Depending on the location of the bulb and how easy it is to get to they might be able to replace it wouldn't hurt to call or stop by
