They don't make it easy to get pricing, but it's around $9.25 to get in and $4 for skate rental. AND THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS!
Yes you have to pay to get in and skates are separate so if you're not going to skate you still have to pay the entrance fee which is more than the skates itself

I'm not sure about the entrance fee. No you do not hv to pay the same price if you're not skating. But you can always call to get the answers that you are seeking.
