Yes New Year, New Rules for Tiny Tattoosday! Effective 01/08/19 the new rules are: - tattoos are now no bigger than 3x3 inches and STILL $40 - all tattoos will be black and grey ONLY. Any color that is requested will result an additional charge at the artist's discretion - placement will be on the arms and legs ONLY. Absolutely NO hands, fingers, feet or ribs will be acceptable. Any exceptions will result in normal shop rate/charge - Hours will be between 1pm and 6pm on the 1st and last Tuesday of every month. - Please remember this is a CASH ONLY special and as always a valid ID is required EVERY TIME.
