I would use Vaccinium vitis-idaea cowberry or called lingion berry. Its a low growing evergreen shrub/ground cover. Its in the heath family and grows little red berries. Native to New England was established its drought tolerant. Grows in sandy soil. Ive seen it here on the Cape growing wild its like a blanket covering the ground on southern hillsides.

I'm looking for an evergreen that is tall and small in diameter (no more than 3 feet when mature) that will tolerate a lot of shade - and grow to at least 10 ft. tall. Do you carry anything like that? Also, I was admiring your Heather onsite last year and was wondering if heather need a lot of sun? Are there cultivars that need less sun than others?

My experience has shown that a large monoculture of juniper can invite voles. I have seen them destroy a 30x60 foot planting in one winter. Avoid shore juniper in particular.
