The salt cave is so relaxing and peaceful. And I got the best facial of my life here, there was a face mask that went over your eyes and it literally was so refreshing and cooling and just amazing.

You can indeed wear whatever is comfortable. They also have a warm comfy blanket of you want to get cozy. Have fun.. It is a wonderful experience.

I would imagine that would depend on the severity of the heart issue and the mobility of the person. You do walk in crushed salt in booties that they provide it's a very short walk. You sit on lounge chairs that can either tip back or stay straight up. I might suggest calling this by and seeing what their opinion is of this.
