I usually bring my backpack. Sometimes I ask to put it behind the counter with the shoes but for the most part, they are fine with parents bringing in backpacks, large purses or diaper bags. They also seem to be fine with bottled water in the play place. But as long as the kids drink it outside of the soft play. I believe there is a rule against food and drinks in the soft play. They do have water fountains there as well.

Also, it is a small place. So you can easily leave stuff in the car and go out to the car and grab something anytime.
Yes you can take bags and backpacks inside. There's no bag check.
