Positive: Overall impact of Covid still impacting staffing everywhere, including here. The staff they do have work over and beyond to make sure guests have what they need. Awesome customer service!!!

Positive: We liked the bed and pillows since they were very comfy. Negative: Receptionist never welcomed us and her face was always flat. Upon leaving we were not thanked for choosing your hotel. Breakfast was always the same with limited amount of food. Bathroom tile dirty and after requesting to have it cleaned was not done.

I’ll give a star for the fact that the room was clean. There was nobody at the front desk for 10 minutes for my check in and every morning 15th/16th there was nobody there to give out the breakfasts. All the employees seem to hang out in the laundry rooms. I paid like $350 for two nights. Room is decent. Can’t check into it without employees that actually do their jobs.

Decent place with rooms a bit smaller than other Comfort Inn locations but the bed made up for it! Friendly staff, brown bag breakfast, vending machines by ice maker. Outside swimming pool closed (too cold anyways), limited parking or park by side street which is a dead end.
