I cancelled my membership over this. I was one of the 1AM check ins
One of the sales reps said today it's because they average roughly 10 check ins between the hours of midnight and 4 am, he however had nothing to say when I pointed out that we pay a set fee closed or not. We're losing 42 hours of use a week while still paying the same amount. Several people have commented on the Facebook page but the media team just responds too contact the GM for this location.
Closing the gym for 4 hrs(12:00AM-4:00AM) saves them a little money(i.e. no front desk employee to pay and they can turn the lights off). But they don’t turn the lights off because the cleaning crew does their job at this time. So you do the arithmetic... ¿ How many members have to leave to make this a wash ? I personally know five(5) including myself. Dumb upper mgmt business decision.

Weekend hours are not convenient at all! We will be changing gyms as soon as our contract is up!
