Looking at a Fitbit they are selling. Doesn't indicate "new". Should I assume it is a returned item?

I agree. If all of the packaging is still in tack then it's safe to assume that it is brand new. Ask a manger to be sure.

I dont think u can assume that. If all of packaging still appears intake I would say it is save to assume is it still brand new!
