I need a prescription refilled and called the office on 17th Street in St. Cloud four times yesterday to request it from Dr. Lester but they have never answered no matter how long I held so I left two messages, nothing yet.

On Mondays it's usually crowded...It maybe better for you to call early morning, before things get started or a couple of days ahead of time!
