Everyone from the office staff to the medical support staff and Nurse Practitioner was great. They are all sociable and respectful, as well as following C-19 protocols. They listened to my concerns and took appropriate actions to help me the best they can. I look forward to using this location as my primary care provider.

Site would not allow less than 1 star. Didn't see the doctor, saw the NP. Disrespected treated, with NO ethics, how do you take medications for diabetes and cardo because you feel you are all knowing? My yearly deductible on Rx is $0. Oh yeah you didn't even look at my paperwork. And it's FIBROMATOSIS-listen better. Both (bi-lateral) palmer (hands) planter (feet) have tumors. So thank you for telling me to "stop and let me finish", I did stop and you finished. Optum should drop the "care" from their title it's false advertisement.
