how do i apply to move in to a 2 bed. an how much is the rent

I live at Lake shore Landings. You are supposed to be 55 and up to move in here.

I have 26 years old and a was looking for a peaceful place to live. Am I not qualified for this mobile homes due to my age or does It have to be specific age to be considered?
