I have a prom dress that does not fit my baby. I went to the store there was no size, they didn't have it online either because it was in clearance. Would it be possible to remove the zipper, add some more fabric or do it with crossed straps on the back?

Hi. It can be done with corset style straps and it will look great. In the photo section there are several examples with a blue dress and a gold one.
