Depends on which of the picnic areas you use. Not all of them are super close. The main picnic areas by the pool and clubhouse do have restrooms.
Yes they are in the camping area's, a ,b, c, d and I think that there is one in the pool area, restaurant, plus showers, for the camping guests

Yes, therr are clean restrooms located all aroud the park. Near the various sites and such.
The restroom is Campgrounds a,b,c and d are technically for campers only! If you want a public restroom go to Patton hill and by the playground. Do not wash off mud in the bathhouses.
