Best idea is to call them - I've never known them to be shy about answering questions about things like this.
I have had it. It is great. I would say cream. Consistency is unlike milk. I am from Savannah Ga and it ranls up there with the great restaurants .
I am guessing that it would be cream because this restaurant does not skimp on ingredients. I have not had it, so I would suggest that you call them.
