You need to call first and leave a message. A vet will call you back within a few minutes. They will go in if the animal needs to be seen immediately. I think there might be staff there anyway since they board animals but it's best to call first if you can. This happened to our family just a couple weeks ago. It's a slightly higher office visit price but worth it!
