I've seen persons fishing there and have spoken to them. They informed me that you do need a fishing license. And that you do not want to eat anything caught in there...

I drove an hour to get to the boardwalk today to find it closed. Is there a way to tell prior to driving when it’s closed? I had checked the website, but it doesn’t seem like they update it.
