We only guarantee that vanilla is 100% gluten free and our chocolate if it is made right after the vanilla. While most of our ice creams have no ingredients that contain gluten there is always a possibility of contact with ingredients like nuts, graham, etc. that could have gluten so we just can't "guarantee" them. You are always welcome to ask your Scooper and they have access to all ingredients in any flavor or product. I hope this helped.
