Does Manna deliver monthly eligible food pkg to those without transportation? If so, what is the process for this request? Thank you

Manna does not provide transportation. However, our warehouse and many distribution sites are accessible via public transportation. If you need help finding a distribution site closer to home, please give us a call at 301-424-1130.

When I have been without transportation - I have used both metro & bus to get to a center. (There are several pick-up options to make it more convenient for you.) I just bring a pull-cart with me to make it easier for transportation. All but my Bread usually fits in a smaller size one if I unpack the box & I hook a grocery store bag to the cart with the bread. Very doable.

Manna food gives free food from 12pm -3pm Mon thru Fri no deliveries, pick up only for people with disabilities or low income

They do not provide transportation of any sort but you may be able to find a neighbor or relative they may go in your stead if they have a copy of your identification.
