Ok at this site it doesn't distribute but the locations it distributes you you do not need a card. All are welcome.
The facility at 2200 Halethorpe Farms Rd is a sorting center. It does not distribute to individuals at this site.
This site does not directly distribute goods. They donate to local food pantries. Most food distributions you need your zip code and/or ID, but no proof of income.
