I have been interning here at Future Care Irvington for a few weeks and have been able to see much of the behind the scene care that goes on. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with my eagerness to learn. I love seeing them talk/communicate with the residents even when some residents can’t respond much or at all. My focus was on nutrition care and interacting with the residents was a joy. I’m thankful for a pleasant and generous experience.

I cannot give a positive review about FutureCare Irvington when my family member is constantly ignored. I have seen elderly person(s) left sitting up in the same position hours and have not been changed. Sitting in wet/feces in under garment. I have heard people calling loudly for help as well. The attentive care diminishes after 2 months when the resident no longer gets physical therapy.

Bad nursing. They don't answer the call button in a timely manner and when they do they treat you like you scrape. The food is horrible the physical therapy is very good!!!!!
