I'm disabled and I recently signed a new lease. Couple days ago I get a notice that my rent is being raised by $100 a month. Does anyone know if I can get help with this? I don't know what to do.

You can. You just have to apply. Be aware that the waiting list is long, so you may have to explore other avenues until they make a determination.

Unless your on one of the housing authority programs, they wont be able to help you.
