They do, but when I took my father there a few months ago, the wheelchair didn't have any footrests. Plus my father was 6'3 so his feet slid through the whole store, and it was the only one we could find in store. That may have changed by now, but I figured I'd let you know just in case!
Most likely it will be wheelchairs and other amenities there, you have to check it out or call your local Goodwill.
