Took my 2020 Pacifica in for some routine maintenance, alignment and fuel system service. When I got it back it wasn’t running too good but soon smoothed out and now smoother than ever. Always registered about 20 miles per gallon around town but now says 23 but I haven’t verified it. I always get good service from service advisor Alex. So thanks to you and your mechanics in the service department.

Brought my dodge challenger in for service work on September 6. It was never handled, I had to bring the vehicle back one month later for the same issues. I was told; sorry we weren’t looking at the bottom side where your noise were coming from, we were looking at the top side. After they had found the issues they had fixed my exhaust clamps and put on and my tensioner and pulley. I was called 7 days later to come pick up my car. Upon receiving my car, I had noticed that my gasoline was missing from 3/4 of a tank to now a quarter tank, my car was not detailed which I was told oops sorry about that and I was missing a couple half dollars. After I left my review, I was rudely texted by my service advisor Sara and then was called by the service manager joe. He was extremely rude and could not care what had happened. He went on to tell me that no one steals at Dodge whatsoever, in his five years that he has been there nobody has ever stolen (which I find extremely hard to believe). Joe went on to be extremely rude over the phone he even stated that I’m the only customer in 5 years to complain about theft or problems. When I asked him if he called to complain about what I had wrote. He stated no, it was his job. I didn’t know it was courtesy to call and yell at an upset customer. I have never been so disrespected by a supposed “service manager” the dealership needs big help in the service area!! Do yourself a favor and go to Daytona dodge. Way more helpful and do not send out rude texts or calls!

If you want to keep your car running longer dont get your car fixed here.
