Does this address lead to the correct location? I mapped it out with Google and it seems to lead to a dead end.

Google Street view is very old. There is a gate and signs there now. The gate opens at sunrise Friday Saturday Sunday and major holidays.

I don't know about the physical address, but once you are on Lust Road you are there. It will look like a dead end but it really isn't. It continues on as the drive.
