There is a hose, but it's for filling the water bowls not for washing. I've been at this park for several years and never seen a person wash their dog there.
Not like Baldwin Park has. No table or hose really, just a faucet on a concrete slab in the middle of the park.
Yes they do the lasted i was there they drink and bath there
