Not a whole lot it stays pretty busy all year
Yes it's 55 + . It are other parks close to it and I live in on.But all in all they are all much alike.Rent raises every year their in it for the money and it's good .We are very close to Dora Canal and fishing the Harris Chain. Lots of snowbirds here for the winter go home around April.Summer slow it all down to a craw.
