I am not in the medical field, however my daughter is adopting a foster child and I'd like to know how to do CPR and possibly what to do in case of a child chocking (also because I babysit my grandbabies a lot). I live in Lake Mary.

The process is the same. I recently went there as a first time BLS and there was a couple there to learn CPR simply because they were having a baby. Anyone is welcome. Defintely a great fun learning enviroment.

I believe you can do the BLS. I suggest you to call them and ask Amanda what are the steps to get your BLS which includes children emergencies as well. Since it will be the first time you take it and not a renovation I believe the process is different. Amanda is super nice and for sure will explain you everything you need to do. Good luck!
