Actually, you may never have your issue resolved. The HELP option will have you taking a long trip to nowhere! I have been here for 2 months, and I have a stack of problems and issues that are the size of a mountain! The support is coming from another country, and they only know how to be polite, while stating that they are sending a note to the "Specialized" team. A thousand times I have heard that response, and twice has someone responded. It's not funny. And the Green light hub is about to be studied this week. More to come. But the problem is, the appropriate people who need to know about the problems, are being blocked by the support people. There is going to be a disconnect between Uber and its partners, as long as support is preventing the resolve of our problems out here on the streets, while we have to think on our feet, and create our own resolves, and allow the software to integrate itself into the flow of Indy metro, and the surrounding suburbs.
