Yes, be sure to download the walmart app. Then you park in the designated grocery pick up area. Call the number on the parking spot for grocery pick up and they'll bring the groceries right out to your car and load it in for you. We've been ordering groceries online for the last several months and we're happy with the service

I'm not sure about them bringing it out, but you can create a preorder and pay via the Wal-Mart app or website. I've never used this feature so I don't know details on exactly how it works
